{"id":52,"date":"2015-03-16T06:54:55","date_gmt":"2015-03-16T06:54:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mmdsom.org\/?p=52"},"modified":"2015-06-02T17:35:33","modified_gmt":"2015-06-02T17:35:33","slug":"about-us","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mmdsom.org\/?p=52","title":{"rendered":"About us"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maternal mercy Development (MMD) is one of the NGOs involved on assisting the vulnerable groups, especially Women and Children in a bad condition weather they are in the camps or other places.<\/p>\n<p>Since <strong>MMD<\/strong>\u00a0started working in 2009, the number \u00a0and rate \u00a0of women dying from complications of pregnancy or childbirth has been halved, \u00a0Families are smaller and healthier.<\/p>\n<p>Young people are more connected and empowered than ever before.<\/p>\n<p>Eventually MMD will play it role of assisting these groups weather to advocate to Donors or direct assisting with a helping other partners as same business groups in Mogadishu and Diaspora that supported us or encouraged to continuo assisting the vulnerable people.<\/p>\n<p>We are very experienced field based organization in terms of maternity<br \/>\nand care for women.
