RECOMMENDATIONS
The M M D DOLOW, focal point recommends the following:
- To create youth empowerment programs such as vocational trainings, literacy and numeracy classes etc in order to avoid youth involvement in the conflicts in Somalia.
- To get enough fund that can be used directly and indirectly in the reconciliation programs in the country i.e. free education, free health services, income-generating activities, and any other programs that can pave the way for the integration or reintegration of the Somali people (those feel hostility to each other and those who had never came closer due to social class)
